ThenoticesaidthatCrockett“isindefaultinherobligationforpaymentofassessmentsandhasfailedandrefusedandcontinuestofailandrefuse,despitedemanduponher,topaytheAssociationassessmentsandrelatedchargesproperlyleviedagainsttheProperty.”
