Libby Launches “Lead Maine” as New Conservative Group, Sold-Out Lewiston Event Signals Growing Grassroots Appetite

LEWISTON, Maine — Lead Maine, a new conservative education and engagement organization founded by State Rep. Laurel Libby (R), is set to officially launch Tuesday with a sold-out Lewiston event that organizers say underscores rising demand for grassroots leadership and principled civic engagement across the state.

All 150 available spots for the launch event sold out in just a few days, according to the organization, which says it aims to educate everyday Mainers on the issues that affect the state, mobilize citizens to drive long-term societal and electoral change, and advance a conservative Maine where individuals, families, and businesses can flourish.
