The Republican National Committee (RNC) has filed a lawsuit against the state of Maryland on Friday over their alleged failure to properly maintain state voter rolls.

Ten additional counties have registration rates that exceed 95 percent, the RNC further alleges, according to a report from the Daily Caller.
