Former NBA star teams up with GOP lawmaker to help young children suffering from stuttering disorder

Former NBA star Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is teaming with Reps. Addison McDowell and Shomari Figures on bipartisan legislation to require early stuttering screenings for kids on Medicaid.
