YouTuber to testify before Congress on Minnesota’s massive $9B fraud network investigation

House hearing to examine Minnesota fraud scandals including alleged $250 million COVID relief scheme. YouTuber Nick Shirley, who helped uncover fraud, will testify Jan. 21.
