ThelegislationwouldallowtheinspectorgeneraltoconductauditsandinvestigationsaswellasgeneraloversightoverfederallyfundedchildassistanceprogramsthroughouttheU.S.TheofficialwouldalsosubmitquarterlyreportstoCongressandreferanycriminalactivitytotheJusticeDepartment.
