Therewerealmostthree-quartersofamillionmoreregisteredDemocratsinNorthCarolinathanRepublicans10yearsago.Asoftoday,thatdifferenceisjustover1,000,accordingtothelatestcountbytheNorthCarolinaStateBoardofElections.
