ParticipantsincludedRoanokePoliceChiefScottBooth,RoanokeCountySheriffEricOrange,CityofSalemSheriffChrisShelor,CityofSalemPoliceChiefDerekWeeks,TownofVitonPoliceChiefFabricioDrumond,andWesternVirginiaRegionalJailSuperintendentDavidCox.
